I think of my art practice as a flow of raw feeling and emotion, manifested at the time of creation which initially aims to arouse a sense of connection. My previous works have been very centred around the use of mediums such as detailed pen and pencil works and oil and acrylic paintings. Though, more recently, I have begun to explore ideas surrounding body art and sculpture, exploring my feelings rather than running away from them.

I enjoy bringing my practice outside. I love the outdoors, I always experience a flow of creativity and inspiration being by the ocean, walking through the fields or the woods, or even just a little stroll down the road, it feels refreshing and sparks my imagination through my senses and the sounds of nature around me.

I have started to explore the body through sketching and drawing, body painting, body casting and sculpting whilst I go through my own journey surrounding self-acceptance and love for my own body.
